Hello,

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept new orders. As many of you may know, we were recently sued by the Rilakkuma company, which resulted in significant financial losses and delays, including issues with recovering our old Instagram account.

However, we are committed to fulfilling the orders that have already been placed. Cardigans ordered will still be delivered this fall, and you will receive a $30 refund for each cardigan purchased. Regular order items will be shipped out soon as well.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this challenging time. Everything unfolded very quickly, and we are working diligently to resolve the situation and return to normal operations as soon as possible.
